	Since my son began training in Aaron’s program, he has made a marked improvement in all aspects of his hockey game. He is not only more fit, but the drills Aaron uses are vital skills that touch on all aspects of hockey training. The drills are formatted to easily use during hockey games. They include strength, speed, puck handling, passing, and balance, and all of these are taught forwards and backwards. I have not found a coach until now that really teaches my child how to improve until Aaron. He uses a positive approach that rubs off on his students and they thrive because of it. He also keeps the competitive spirit going during the drills.
